Ooni Neapolitan Pizza Dough Mix (725g) - Only on The Break Room

Each dough mix makes 4 x 250g dough balls.

Crafted with care by some of those who know pizza best, Ooni’s first grocery product is designed to simplify the dough-making process, taking you from box to bake in as little as 3 hours.

This mix contains the finest possible ingredients in the quantities necessary to create four soft, thin Neapolitan-style pizza bases. (The Caputo Pizzeria flour, for instance, was recommended by the AVPN, the leading authority on true Neapolitan pizza.) The only extra effort required of you? Adding a little water.

Pair with a few spoonfuls of our classic pizza sauce, a bit of quality fior di latte and a couple sprigs of freshly torn basil for an effortless yet tasty take on a Margherita pizza. 

If you’d rather take your taste buds for a walk on the wild side, try topping your pizza with delicacies like spicy ‘nduja, a southern Italian classic salami paste, or a refined truffle salami.
